Job summary

Miral Experiences seeks an experienced ERP Oracle Fusion SCM Senior Manager to lead the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing support of our Fusion SCM landscape in Abu Dhabi. This hands-on functional leadership role focuses on Oracle Fusion Procurement and Inventory, collaborating with Procurement, Finance, Stores and Operations to deliver scalable, efficient ERP solutions.

• 10+ years hands-on experience in Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion SCM across implementations, enhancements and production support.
• Proven track record delivering multiple end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations.
• Deep functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Procurement and Inventory including Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Management, Inventory, Receipt Accounting and Cost Management.

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementations with focus on Procurement and Inventory.
• Own functional solution design, configuration, fit-gap analysis, testing, data migration, cutover and go-live support.
• Drive enhancements and process improvements across Procure-to-Pay and Inventory-to-Costing.
• Provide functional leadership and production support across Oracle Fusion SCM.
• Manage integrations with Finance, warehouse systems and third‑party applications.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable ERP solutions.
• Manage system integrators, vendors and functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Drive system stability, standardisation, automation and continuous improvement.

Role Overview

We are looking for an ERP Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Senior Manager to lead the implementation, enhancement and ongoing support of our Oracle Fusion SCM landscape. This is a hands‑on functional leadership role with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion Procurement and Inventory, working closely with Procurement, Finance, Stores and Operations to deliver scalable solutions, improve processes and support business transformation.

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementations, with a focus on Procurement and Inventory.
• Own functional solution design, configuration, fit-gap analysis, testing, data migration, cutover and go-live support.
• Drive enhancements and process improvements across Procure-to-Pay and Inventory-to-Costing.
• Provide functional leadership and production support across Oracle Fusion SCM.
• Manage integrations with Finance, warehouse systems and third‑party applications.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective and scalable ERP solutions.
• Manage system integrators, vendors and functional teams while ensuring successful delivery.
• Drive system stability, standardisation, automation and continuous improvement.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field.
• 10+ years of hands‑on experience in Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion SCM across implementation, enhancements and production support.
• Proven experience delivering multiple end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations.
• Deep functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Procurement and Inventory, including Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Management, Supplier Portal, Inventory, Receipt Accounting and Cost Management.
• Strong hands‑on experience with configuration, functional setups, solution design, UAT, data migration, cutover and go-live.
• Strong understanding of P2P, Inventory-to-Costing and integrations with AP, GL and Costing.
• Experience with OTBI / BI Publisher, BPM workflows, FBDI/ADFDI and Oracle Redwood.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor and project management skills.
• Oracle Fusion Procurement certification.

Experience with Oracle Fusion Finance Cloud, REST/SOAP integrations and complex multi‑entity environments would be an advantage.
