Job summary

Higher Colleges of Technology seeks an experienced Oracle SCM Cloud Functional Consultant to lead SCM processes and ERP implementations, translating complex requirements into scalable Oracle solutions and collaborating with stakeholders through the lifecycle.

You will work on procurement, inventory, order management, and supplier management, develop dashboards, and support post-implementation optimisation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Oracle SCM Cloud experience across core modules.
• Ability to translate business requirements into SCM configurations and processes.
• Proven data analysis skills and proficiency with SQL and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience in Oracle SCM Cloud modules including Procurement, Inventory Management, and Order Management.
• Understand Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Inventory and Demand/Supply Planning processes.
• Lead end-to-end SCM ERP implementations including requirements, configuration, testing, data migration and go-live support.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable ERP solutions.
• Collaborate on integrations with Finance, HR, and Manufacturing.
• Develop reports, dashboards and KPIs for SCM performance.
• Utilize SQL and BI tools (OTBI, OBIEE, BOBJ) for analytics and dashboards.
• Conduct workshops and end-user training; prepare functional documentation.
• Manage stakeholders and communicate effectively.
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous process improvements.
• Support ERP governance, compliance and project management practices.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.

We are looking for an experienced Oracle SCM Cloud Functional Consultant with strong expertise in supply chain processes and end-to-end ERP implementations. The ideal candidate should be able to understand complex business requirements, translate them into scalable Oracle solutions, and work closely with stakeholders throughout the implementation and support lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities

• Strong hands‑on experience in Oracle SCM Cloud, including Procurement, Inventory Management, Order Management, Service Procurement, Supplier Management, and Sourcin
• .In‑depth understanding of supply chain processes, including Procure‑to‑Pay, Order‑to‑Cash, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Demand and Supply Planning
• .Experience in end‑to‑end SCM ERP implementations, including requirements gathering, process blueprinting, configuration, testing, data migration, and go‑live support
• Ability to analyse complex business processes and translate them into scalable ERP solution
• Knowledge of integration points between supply chain modules and other ERP modules, including Finance, HR, and Manufacturing
• Experience in developing reports, dashboards, and KPIs for supply chain performance and analytics
• Strong skills in data analysis, SQL, BI reporting tools such as OTBI, OBIEE and BOBJ, and Excel‑based analytics
• Ability to conduct workshops and end‑user training and prepare functional documentatio
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skill
• Experience in post‑implementation support, issue resolution, and continuous process improvemen

Preferred Experience

• Oracle BIP reporting is a must, BPM workflow and BPM configuration is a must. Visual Builder Studio deployment and configuration.
• Exposure to Supply Chain Integrations via OIC or Custom development with VBCS or Apex
• Exposure to Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service for application extensions, custom user‑interface development, and process automation would be an advantage
• Exposure to Oracle APEX for developing lightweight applications, dashboards, and reporting solutions would be an advantage
• Exposure to Oracle Agentic AI for developing detailed‑level bots and automation solutions would be an advantage
