Job summary

Higher Colleges of Technology seeks an experienced Oracle SCM Cloud Functional Consultant to translate complex supply chain requirements into scalable Oracle solutions. You will work with stakeholders across the implementation and support lifecycle to ensure successful delivery.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on SCM Cloud expertise, strong data analysis skills, and the ability to design processes that align with Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Inventory workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle SCM Cloud across Procurement, Inventory, Order, Service Procurement, Supplier Management, and Sourcing.
• Deep understanding of Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Inventory and Warehouse Management, and Demand-Supply Planning processes.
• Experience in end-to-end SCM ERP implementations including requirements gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, data migration, and go-live support.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into scalable ERP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on Oracle SCM Cloud expert for procurement, inventory, order and supplier management modules.
• Analyze supply chain processes and map requirements to Oracle configurations and best practices.
• Lead or participate in end-to-end SCM ERP implementations: gathering requirements, blueprinting, testing, data migration, go-live support.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor supply chain performance.
• Facilitate workshops and train end-users; prepare functional documentation.

The ideal candidate should be able to understand complex business requirements, translate them into scalable Oracle solutions, and work closely with stakeholders throughout the implementation and support lifecycle.
