Job summary

Siemens Energy, Inc. in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Commercial Project Manager to lead ERP/SAP deployment for AGORA and transition to commercial execution across service lines.

You'll manage project finances, contracts, risks, and stakeholder alignment while ensuring smooth data migration and system optimization. The role requires a strong finance or business background, CPM-C certification is desirable, and collaboration with offshore and local teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related qualification.
• Certified CPM for C Category projects is highly desirable.
• Proven experience as Commercial Project Manager for long-term/complex service projects.
• Experience with ERP/SAP implementations in a project business environment.
• Strong knowledge of FRG, IFRS, budgeting, forecasting, and tax compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize project financial KPIs including revenue, cost, gross profit, cash flow, assets, and financing instruments.
• Invoicing according to project progress and terms; ensure timely payments and proper allocation.
• Lead project forecasting, local and offshore reporting, and collaboration with CPM teams.
• Oversee contract and claims management, risk and opportunity assessment.
• Support ERP/SAP implementation (S4HANA/AGORA) and ensure data migration accuracy.
• Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and stakeholders for commercial alignment.
