Job summary

Caliberly is seeking an experienced IT Manager (ERP & Infrastructure) in Dubai to oversee IT operations and drive ERP system management. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s in IT or Computer Science and have 7–12 years of IT management experience with a strong focus on ERP systems. Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience in IT management with strong ERP exposure.
• Proven experience in ERP implementation and infrastructure management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT operations including networks, servers, cloud systems, and end-user support.
• Lead ERP system implementation, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect data and systems.
• Lead and manage IT teams and external service providers.
• Prepare reports on IT performance, projects, and system usage.
