Job summary

Emarat is seeking support to develop and implement risk management strategies and an enterprise-wide ERM framework. The role emphasizes policy updates, risk identification, and cross-department risk assessment coordination to strengthen risk governance across the organization.

The position requires 3–5 years in risk management, with a preference for energy-sector governance experience, and a background in business, finance, or related fields.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in risk management or a related field.
• Experience in governance and risk management in an energy company is preferred.
• Bachelor-level or higher qualifications in business, finance, or risk management.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of risk management strategies and ERM framework components.
• Assist in identifying strategic risk training needs and risk assessment criteria.
• Coordinate risk assessment across departments/sectors and report on risk treatment progress.
• Review and maintain the enterprise-wide risk register including key risks and indicators.
• Assist in periodic reviews of ERM policies, procedures, and controls.
