Job summary

Mediclinic Middle East invites applications for an Accident and Emergency Nurse role at Abu Dhabi Airport Road Hospital, UAE. You will deliver evidence-based nursing care, coordinate with a multi-disciplinary team, and uphold regulatory standards to ensure patient safety and positive experiences.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, with valid BLS/ACLS/PALS certificates, and at least two years of practical experience, preferably in UAE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is essential.
• Valid BLS, ACLS and PALS certification is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication in English are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi professional team according to set clinical standards and relevant legislation.
• Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in accordance with clinical risk policies, procedures and relevant legislation.
• Take active responsibility for positive patient experiences by creating a conducive environment as guided by nursing leadership.
• Create and contribute to a learning environment that builds employee competence by actively supervising, mentoring and coaching learners and nursing employees.
