Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an Equity Research Expert on a remote contractor basis to contribute to advanced financial analysis, modeling, earnings analysis, and sector insights. You will evaluate real-world equity research content and help train AI systems, with no prior AI experience required.

Scope includes reviewing datasets, earnings revisions, benchmarking, and developing investment theses across multiple sectors.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Sell-Side Research Associate, Research Analyst, VP, or Director.
• Experience covering multiple companies across several earnings cycles.
• Strong understanding of business drivers, financial performance, and valuation.
• Deep expertise in at least one sector (banking, insurance, biotech, technology, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in earnings analysis, peer benchmarking, valuation, and event-driven research.
• Experience developing and defending investment theses and research views.

You'll apply your expertise to evaluate real-world equity research content and help train next-generation AI systems. No prior AI experience is required.
