Job summary

Perfect Balance Animal Clinic in Abu Dhabi urgently seeks an experienced Equine & Small Animal Osteopath to join our multidisciplinary rehabilitation team on a full-time, on-site basis. You will assess horses and small animals, develop personalized treatment and rehab plans, and collaborate with veterinarians and physiotherapists to support recovery, mobility, and pain management.

Qualifications

• Recognized diploma or degree in Animal Osteopathy.
• Minimum 2 years of post-graduation clinical experience.
• Practical experience treating both horses and small animals.
• Strong hands-on clinical and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused approach.
• Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi, UAE.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary veterinary and rehabilitation environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat horses and small animals using appropriate osteopathic techniques.
• Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans based on each patient’s clinical needs.
• Work collaboratively with veterinarians and physiotherapists as part of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.
• Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans when required.
• Maintain clear and accurate clinical documentation.
• Communicate professionally with owners, trainers, veterinarians, and other members of the clinical team.
• Contribute to the continued development of our equine and small animal rehabilitation services.
