Job summary

Amana Group is seeking an experienced AE - EPMO Lead to guide the EPMO team, align the project portfolio with strategic goals and drive delivery across digital platforms.

The role requires strong leadership, PMP certification, and a proven track record in managing complex programs using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. You will mentor team members and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Strong leadership and team management skills; ability to inspire a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Proficient in Agile and Waterfall methodologies and project management tools.
• Experience in digital transformation initiatives and technology trends.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the EPMO team; provide strategic direction and guidance.
• Develop and implement EPMO best practices and standards; align with digital transformation goals.
• Oversee project portfolio management: prioritization, resource allocation, risk assessment.
• Establish communication channels with stakeholders; ensure transparency and collaboration.
• Facilitate project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure within timelines and budgets.
• Implement project management tools and technologies to boost efficiency and data-driven decisions.
• Conduct regular reviews and mentor project teams; identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate projects with business operations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
