Job summary

Target Engineering Construction Co LLC is seeking a Timekeeper to manage daily attendance, leave, and overtime across EPC project operations in the UAE. You will ensure accurate data entry into Oracle ERP, generate reports for Site Management and HR, and support payroll and labor compliance.

Experience in large-scale Oil & Gas or heavy construction is preferred. A High School certificate is mandatory, with a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree encouraged.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as a Timekeeper or in a similar workforce administration role within a construction company.
• Experience supporting large-scale EPC, Oil & Gas, Industrial, Infrastructure, or Heavy Construction projects is highly preferred.
• High School Certificate (Mandatory)
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
• Strong knowledge of attendance, leave, and overtime administration.
• Experience working with Oracle ERP or similar ERP platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Understanding of labor laws and workforce compliance requirements.
• Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage large workforce data in a fast-paced project environment.

Responsibilities

• Daily Attendance Management—collect, verify, and record attendance data from biometric systems and logs.
• Leave & Absence Administration—monitor and maintain records within Oracle ERP and reconcile discrepancies.
• Overtime (OT) Management—record and monitor overtime hours and approvals.
• ERP Data Management—maintain real-time attendance, leave, and overtime data in Oracle ERP.
• Reporting & Workforce Analytics—generate daily to monthly reports and ad-hoc reports for PM, HR, Payroll, Site Administration.
• Team Coordination & Support—guide junior timekeepers and coordinate attendance reporting across zones.
• Stakeholder Communication & Approvals—obtain approvals for timesheets and liaise with project teams and HR.
