Responsibilities

• Lead the management of the project and ensure construction meets contractual requirements.
• Coordinate project activity to optimize resource usage for profit margins.
• Manage mobilization team to review necessary activities and timelines.
• Coordinate resource requirements for project segments including staffing.
• Establish project planning package and monitor progress against it.
• Ensure project monitoring systems are adequately implemented.
• Provide resources and expertise for supervision to ensure compliance.
• Review Safety and QA/QC project plans with functional heads.
• Resolve contractual/legal matters without exposing the company to risk.
• Monitor demobilization plans of the workforce as the project progresses.
• Act as the official representative with clients and negotiate terms.
• Monitor performance of suppliers and subcontractors.
• Manage payments from clients and to suppliers/subcontractors.
• Prepare final documentation and liaise with clients for acceptance.
• Review the project with relevant parties upon completion.
• Establish relations with clients and authorities to promote company interests.
• Provide commercial and technical input for estimation stages.
• Keep abreast of industry developments and implement technological advances.
