Job summary

Target Engineering Construction Co LLC is seeking an experienced Mechanical Quantity Surveyor to lead cost control, quantity take-offs, and contract administration across large-scale EPC projects in the Oil & Gas sector. You will work with PET, planning, procurement, and commercial teams to ensure accurate measurement, timely valuations, and profitable project delivery.

Qualifications

6-8+ years in Quantity Surveying and Commercial functions within Mechanical Construction projects.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Industrial, Power, Marine, EPC, Infrastructure Projects
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed quantity take-offs based on drawings, specs, and contracts.
Measure and verify quantities for piping, tanks, vessels, HVAC, firefighting, utilities, and structures.
Monitor project costs against budgets and support forecasting and reviews.
Prepare and review BOQs; support progress valuations and payment certificates.
Assess changes, variations, and EOT; maintain variation and claims registers.
Review contracts, support subcontract administration, and ensure milestones and payment terms compliance.
Coordinate with Estimation, Procurement, Planning, and Finance teams.
Prepare commercial reports and documentation; report through ERP and document systems.
