Job summary

Abroad Work in Abu-Dhabi is seeking a Junior Construction Manager to assist in planning, coordination, and management of construction projects. You will work with senior management to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

This is a full-time role suitable for English-speaking candidates from Egypt looking to start a career in construction management. No prior experience is required as on-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).
• Proficiency in English language (spoken and written).
• Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques (preferred).
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor progress of construction activities and identify potential issues or delays.
• Work with technical teams to review and approve project designs and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to senior management.
• Assist in managing project finances including cost control measures.
