The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing construction projects from start to finish. The Construction Manager should have extensive experience in the construction industry and be knowledgeable in all aspects of the building process. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Construction Manager must have a proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget. Attention to detail and the ability to problem solve is essential in this role. The Construction Manager will be responsible for hiring, supervising, and training contractors, subcontractors, and other personnel as needed. They will also be responsible for maintaining records of all construction activities on site, ensuring that safety regulations are adhered to at all times, monitoring progress of work being completed, and creating plans for completing projects within specified deadlines. We offer a competitive salary of 1700 Dirhams per month with room for negotiation depending on experience.
