Job summary

You will assist with recording financial transactions, prepare basic financial reports, reconcile accounts, and support month-end close while learning under senior staff in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in an accounting role is an asset, but not required for this entry-level position.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication skills (Arabic proficiency preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recording financial transactions and maintaining accurate records.
• Prepare balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and other accounts on a regular basis.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Support the senior accountant with month-end close activities.
• Respond to inquiries from clients or management regarding financial information.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
