They are seeking an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to join their team and play a pivotal role in identifying investment opportunities and guiding their portfolio companies to success.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced entrepreneur or executive with deep expertise in Web 3 and emerging digital technologies. Key Responsibilities

• Dealflow Generation (80%)
  • Build and maintain a strong network within the Web 3 and deep-tech ecosystems, connecting with startups, founders, developers, and industry influencers.
  • Proactively identify and engage with promising startups, founders, and projects that align with investment goals.
  • Evaluate potential investment opportunities through thorough market research, business model analysis, and technical reviews.
  • Attend and represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and meetups to expand the deal flow pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the investment team to refine sourcing strategies and align efforts with the firm’s investment thesis.
• Provide hands‑on support to portfolio companies, helping them scale effectively with strong go‑to‑market strategies, product development guidance, and operational support.
• Offer expert advice on navigating the unique challenges of Web 3 and deep‑tech, such as regulatory considerations, tokenomics, and technical scalability.
• Act as a trusted advisor to founders, fostering their growth and long‑term success.
• Organize and participate in workshops, mentoring sessions, and knowledge‑sharing initiatives for portfolio teams.

Key Requirements

• Proven Experience: Track record as an entrepreneur, founder, or senior executive in the Web 3 and/or deep‑tech sectors.
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Web 3 technologies, decentralized ecosystems, and blockchain, along with related business models.
• Strong Network: Established relationships within the Web 3 ecosystem and other deep‑tech spaces, including with startups, developers, investors, and industry leaders.
• Excellent Communication: Ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to evaluate technical and financial information to make informed decisions.
• Startup Experience: Hands‑on experience scaling startups, particularly with exposure to venture capital‑backed businesses.
• Blockchain Expertise: Familiarity with the challenges of building blockchain‑based solutions and deep‑tech solutions, including compliance and technical hurdles.
