Youll be reporting to the Regional VP Sales

Location

Location : Dubai

Youll exceed your targets and be successful by

Taking ownership of revenue generation developing new opportunities managing pipelines creating and executing account strategies and closing enterpriselevel deals for new expansion and renewal bookings.

Conducting onsite and remote customer meetings to include initial pitch presentations and demos with marketingqualified leads.

Attending tradeshows and other events to develop leads.

Conducting standard and custom product demos and answering technical Q&A.

Interfacing with client technical teams to present our product architecture engage in solutions discussions customized to the client and overcome technical objections if any.

Collaborating with our sales engineers to manage and execute Proof of Concept exercises where the sales engineer will go onsite to build a Bot (i.e. process automation) live in front of the client automating one of the clients processes using their systems in a test environment.

Leading RFX responses coordinating with our RFX team sales engineers products team and services team as required.

Coordinating closely with technical support engineering and service resources to align solution design with the clients business requirements.

Working closely with the key management team to ensure product success and define the future roadmap.

You will be a great fit if you have

Bachelors degree combined with strong work experience is required. A Masters degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or a related field (or foreign equivalent) is preferred.

8 years of full sales cycle experience in the Computer Software Industry. Preferably includes 1 years of experience with Robotic Process Automation and / or 5 years of experience in related fields of automation technologies.

3 years enterprise account experience selling to healthcare payer or provider customers

Past experience as a sales engineer or in services is a material advantage

Preferred and acceptable levels of experience will be judged based on the combination and relevance of education training and experience.

Being able to travel 2550 (when safely able to do so).

You excel in these key competencies

Knowledge of enterprise software architecture and technologies

Knowledge of business process management.

Thorough knowledge of consultative selling including prospecting qualifying presenting trial closing objection handling and closing.

High energy with the ability to excel in an entrepreneurial fastchanging environment.

Experience and knowledge of working with channel partners such as Big 4 advisories and leading System Integrators an advantage.

Solid computer knowledge including proficiency with software applications including Salesforce.

Demonstrable technical depth with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

It is a clientfacing role that drives growth by positioning Automation Anywheres solution capabilities as business solutions that directly resonate with client needs in the language of customers.

The Sales Account Manager will take ownership of revenue generation develop new opportunities manage pipeline create and execute account strategies and close enterpriselevel deals.

Achieve maximum sales results through prospecting networking and solutionbased selling while performing onpremise demonstrations.

Deliver highquality customer relationships and become your customers trusted advisor.

Orchestrate crossfunctional team members to deliver complete business solutions.

Deliver accurate business metrics monthly forecasts commits and pipeline development reports.

Who You Are

5 years full sales cycle experience

Strong experience selling complex enterprise software solutions.(RPA a big plus)

Good knowledge of enterprise software architecture and technologies and business process mgmt. an advantage

Possess the intelligence and aptitude to position the benefits of Automation Anywheres RPA solutions

Advanced knowledge of consultative selling including prospecting qualifying presenting trial closing objection handling and closing

A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

Organized and selfmotivated while working independently and in team to set and achieve goals

High energy with the ability to excel in an entrepreneurial fastchanging environment

Solid computer knowledge including proficiency with software applications including Salesforce

Demonstrable technical depth with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Proficiency in the Arabic Language will be highly desirable for this role.
