Job summary

Emirates Group in Dubai, UAE, seeks a Principal Solutions Architect – Integrations to lead the Enterprise Integration & API Modernisation programme and define the organization-wide integration architecture strategy.

You will guide standards, drive AI-enabled integration initiatives, mentor architects, and collaborate with security, cloud, and business teams to deliver scalable platforms.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related discipline.
• 12+ years IT experience with 5+ years in integration/architecture leadership.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale integration platforms and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead definition and governance of corporate IT standards and practices.
• Scout market tech advancements and drive updates to standards.
• Showcase business value via Proof of Concepts with IT teams.
• Lead solution arch for new initiatives and vendor integrations.
• Drive architecture decisions considering cost, schedule, complexity and tech debt.
• Provide expert advice and lead architecture reviews.
• Lead architecture across Agile Release Trains and teams.
• Coach Solutions Architects and senior engineers; coordinate with peers.
• Own and evolve architecture roadmap for large projects and platforms.
• Act as product owner for technical enablers and modernization activities.
