Job summary

Cordant Digital Solutions, part of Baker Hughes, is seeking a Software Deployment Leader to drive end-to-end deployments from post-sales through go-live, adoption, and value realization.

You will lead cross-functional teams of consultants, data scientists, and engineers, manage governance, and partner with customer executives to ensure on-time delivery and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years delivering complex software or digital transformation projects for enterprise clients.
• Experience leading matrixed teams and engaging executives without direct reporting lines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% based on project needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Cordant Digital Solutions deployments post-sales through go-live and adoption.
• Build and lead cross-functional teams of consultants, data scientists, engineers, and experts.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, schedules, and risk registers.
• Manage governance activities including steering committees, reviews, and status reporting.
• Serve as primary customer point of contact throughout deployment lifecycle.
• Foster relationships with customer sponsors to drive adoption and value realization.
• Oversee scope, change control, and commercial commitments while protecting satisfaction.
• Monitor project financials, utilization, and cost-to-serve with finance and commercial teams.
• Coordinate with internal leaders to secure resources and resolve delivery challenges.
• Ensure delivery quality across all workstreams and support knowledge transfer post-go-live.
• Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
