Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Management, Analytics, AI or related disciplines.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide Data & AI transformation programs.
• Experience in asset-intensive industries (manufacturing, marine, shipbuilding, offshore, construction).
• Strong ability to translate strategy into practical data-driven solutions.
• Experience with governance, data quality, and cross-functional stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Data & AI transformation programs and define practical roadmaps.
• Shape enterprise data architecture principles, standards, and frameworks.
• Drive data governance, integration, and data quality across platforms (SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Azure).
• Identify high-value use cases delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Coach leaders and teams on data governance, data management, and AI adoption.
