Job Title: Enterprise Architect - Integrated Operations Center (IOC) - Oil & Gas
Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect with a strong consulting background in Integrated Operations Center (IOC) or Command & Control environments within the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and governing enterprise-level architecture solutions that support digital transformation and operational excellence.
The role involves working closely with business leaders, engineering teams, and technology partners to conceptualize and implement the architectural vision of the IOC, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Lead the conceptualization and design of IOC (Integrated Operations Center) architecture tailored for Oil & Gas operations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and develop an architecture roadmap for IOC implementation
- Develop and document engineering BoQ (Bill of Quantities) for IOC solutions
- Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and platforms suitable for Command & Control environments
- Align architectural plans with business strategies, operational goals, and digital transformation initiatives
- Ensure compliance with architectural standards, cybersecurity, data governance, and scalability principles
- Guide cross-functional teams and support solution architects during implementation phases
- Provide strategic insight into emerging technologies relevant to Oil & Gas (e.g., SCADA, IIoT, AI / ML for operations)
Requirements :
- Proven consulting experience in designing and implementing IOC / Command & Control solutions in the Oil & Gas sector
- Hands-on experience in Oil & Gas upstream, midstream, or downstream operations
- Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman - certification preferred)
- Experience with conceptual and logical architecture design, system integration, and technology evaluation
- Strong knowledge of engineering BoQ preparation for IOC solutions
- Familiarity with operational technologies (OT), IT-OT integration, and real-time data systems
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Certifications in TOGAF, Zachman, or other EA frameworks
- Knowledge of digital oilfield technologies, smart sensors, or remote monitoring systems
- Experience with cloud-based architectures and platforms used in Oil & Gas (e.g., AWS, Azure, Oracle)
