Al Jawad is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to design explainable, bounded agents and robust automations that remove hours from operations. You will own the architecture that makes those three constraints true.

You will write decision rules with the client team before coding, design bounded agents and workflows with clear hand‑back conditions, and build the audit trail to ensure trust. Proficiency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering background with production LLM or ML systems shipped.
• The judgment to say when AI is the wrong tool for the problem.
• Experience integrating and architecting data in enterprise environments.
• Documentation discipline; an explainable agent is essential for ship readiness.
• Professional English; Arabic an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Write the decision rules with the client's team before writing any code.
• Design bounded agents and intelligent workflows, with clear hand‑back conditions.
• Build the audit trail that lets an operations director trust an automated decision.
• Measure and report the hours removed — the only number that counts.
• Integrate with ERP, warehouse, clinical and finance systems already in place.
