Job summary

Zoho Corporation Pvt is seeking a PMO Executive to drive operational excellence across the Enterprise Delivery organization in Dubai. The role focuses on ensuring financial governance, account oversight, and optimal resource utilization while collaborating with Delivery, Finance, Sales, and Customer Success teams to improve revenue realization.

You will prepare executive reports, track project metrics, and support governance meetings to keep leadership informed on project health and performance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage project billing milestones, invoicing schedules, and revenue collection activities.
• Monitor accounts receivable and coordinate with customers, PMs, Finance, and Sales to resolve delays.
• Prepare and maintain financial dashboards, revenue reports, and collection metrics.
• Ensure adherence to SOWs, Change Requests, and contractual commitments.
• Monitor health of strategic customer accounts and track risks and escalations.
• Support governance meetings with executive reports and action trackers.
• Maintain oversight of project portfolio with milestones and KPIs.
• Forecast resources and plan capacity with delivery leadership.
• Govern resource allocation across projects based on priorities and skills.

Role Summary

The PMO Executive will play a key role in driving operational excellence across the Enterprise Delivery organization by ensuring strong financial governance, account oversight, and optimal resource utilization. The role requires close collaboration with Delivery, Finance, Sales, and Customer Success teams to maintain project health, improve revenue realization, and provide leadership with actionable operational insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project billing milestones, invoicing schedules, and revenue collection activities to ensure timely revenue realization across customer engagements.


• Monitor accounts receivable and proactively coordinate with customers, Project Managers, Finance, and Sales teams to resolve payment delays and improve collection efficiency.


• Prepare and maintain accurate financial dashboards, revenue reports, and collection metrics to provide leadership with clear visibility into business performance.


• Ensure adherence to commercial agreements, Statements of Work (SOWs), Change Requests, and contractual commitments throughout the project lifecycle.


• Monitor the health of strategic customer accounts by tracking project progress, commercial performance, risks, escalations, and overall account status.


• Support internal and customer governance meetings by preparing executive reports, action trackers, meeting minutes, and ensuring timely follow-up on agreed actions.


• Maintain oversight of the project portfolio by tracking milestones, delivery KPIs, project risks, dependencies, and governance compliance.


• Monitor resource utilization across consulting, implementation, project management, and technical teams to maximize operational efficiency.


• Support resource forecasting and capacity planning by working closely with delivery leadership to align workforce availability with project demand.


• Govern resource allocation across projects to ensure effective deployment based on business priorities, project requirements, and skill availability.


• Develop and publish periodic MIS reports and executive dashboards covering project health, resource utilization, revenue collection, forecasts, and operational performance.


• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of project, financial, and resource data within PSA, ERP, CRM, or project management systems.


• Identify financial, delivery, and resource-related risks early, escalating issues with recommendations to minimize business impact.


• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Delivery, Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership to drive operational alignment and execution.


• Continuously improve PMO processes, governance frameworks, reporting standards, and operational practices to enhance efficiency, financial discipline, and delivery excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in PMO, Project Operations, Delivery Operations, or Project Coordination within an IT Services or SaaS organization.


• Strong understanding of project governance, financial operations, resource management, and delivery processes.


• Excellent analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with PSA, ERP, CRM, or project management tools.


• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across multiple business functions in a fast-paced environment.
