ABOUT THE ROLE

A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in UAE is expanding its advanced ear, nose, throat, head and neck outpatient and surgical services and is seeking a highly skilled ENT Consultant to join its growing clinical team. The role is designed for internationally trained clinicians seeking career advancement, strong clinical exposure, and the ability to practice within a modern, quality-driven healthcare environment serving a diverse international patient population. ROLE OVERVIEW

The successful candidate will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical environment supported by experienced consultants, nurses, allied health professionals and modern diagnostic and treatment infrastructure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Diagnose and treat adult and pediatric ENT conditions, including sinus disease, ear disorders, voice problems and airway complaints
• Perform ENT procedures such as endoscopy, myringotomy, tonsillectomy, septoplasty, functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS) and related surgeries according to scope
• Manage emergencies, including epistaxis, airway compromise, foreign bodies and acute infections
• Collaborate with audiology, speech therapy, pediatrics, oncology and radiology teams to provide integrated care
• Provide patient counselling on surgical options, risks, recovery and long-term management
• Maintain compliance with surgical safety, consent, documentation and infection control standards
