Job summary

New York University Abu Dhabi (NYUAD) seeks an Assistant Director of Admissions Communications & Marketing to drive undergraduate enrollment marketing initiatives. This role partners with the Abu Dhabi and New York teams to execute multi-channel campaigns, manage content updates, and optimize workflow across paid media, email, social, and events.

The ideal candidate brings data-informed marketing expertise, strong writing skills, and experience with CRM platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• 5+ years in marketing and communications experience, preferably in higher education.
• Content/creative development experience.
• Experience with experiential marketing, events, print, digital, paid media, PR and social media.
• Superior written, oral, and interpersonal communication in English and Arabic (preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Admissions Communications strategy and paid media with external partners.
• Develop marketing materials across digital and traditional media for NYUAD enrollment objectives.
• Conduct market analysis to inform strategy, channels and messaging.
• Generate campaigns to raise awareness among influencers and key audiences.
• Draft and deploy email communications using the CRM (Slate).
• Coordinate with New York team on student search campaigns to improve quality leads.
• Ensure consistency of the student experience from prospect to enrollment.
• Research, write, proof and test NYUAD marketing materials.
