Job summary

3S Money is seeking an Enhanced Onboarding Officer to support compliant onboarding of international prospects and clients. You’ll apply Enhanced Due Diligence, advise Sales on documentation, and contribute to process improvements using AML/KYC expertise.

With a focus on professional growth, you’ll be trained through our L&D platform and Compliance Training Advisor to advance toward joining the Onboarding Team, while collaborating across global offices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with AML/KYC, specifically EDD processes.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with Sales and onboarding teams.

Responsibilities

• Onboard prospects/clients under the Compliance framework with support from the On-boarding team.
• Apply Enhanced Due Diligence where appropriate to assess risk.
• Support Team Lead in coaching colleagues using subject matter expertise.
• Advise Sales on any required additions to onboarding documentation.
• Engage with L&D platform and Compliance Training Advisor for ongoing training and growth.

As an Enhanced Onboarding Officer, you’ll support the compliant onboarding of international prospects and clients, applying Enhanced Due Diligence where needed and advising Sales on documentation requirements. You’ll use your AML/KYC expertise and analytical judgement to solve complex cases, improve processes and support colleagues, while continuing to develop through tailored compliance training.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• With the full support of the On-boarding team, you would be on-boarding our prospects/clients using our Compliance framework.

• Applying Enhanced Due Diligence when appropriate to our prospects/clients.

• Supporting the Team Lead in the development of fellow colleagues using your Subject Matter Expertise.

• Advising Sales on any necessary additions to on-boarding documentation.

• Using our L&D platform and Compliance Training Advisor for continued bespoke training to up-skill you to work towards becoming a member of the Onboarding Team.

About you, you have:

• Fluency in English. Any other languages can be an advantage.

• A minimum of 3 years experience with AML/KYC, specifically Enhanced Due Diligence processes in a financial institution.

• An understanding of how international business works.

• Great attention to detail, strong analytical skills as well as ability to see the ‘broader picture’.

• An analytical and process improvement mindset.

• Demonstrably strong teamwork with internal and external groups.

• The ability to be a fast learner with the ability to think out of the box and provide solutions.
