The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality English instruction while also managing homeroom responsibilities to support students’ academic, social, and emotional development. This dual role requires strong communication skills, adaptability, and a passion for fostering a positive and engaging classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English language lessons aligned with ADEK standards, covering reading, writing, speaking, listening, and grammar.
• Employ interactive teaching techniques, including group discussions, creative writing exercises, multimedia resources, and real-life contexts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and mentor for students in the assigned homeroom.
• Monitor daily attendance, punctuality, and overall student well‑being.
• Guide students in personal development, social responsibility, and adherence to school values.
• Conduct regular assessments (assignments, quizzes, projects, exams) to track student progress.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Identify and address individual learning needs, providing tailored support to help students achieve their potential.
• Promote inclusive practices that respect diverse backgrounds and learning styles.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and stimulating classroom environment that supports both academic and personal growth.
