Wood is seeking an Engineering Manager - Project Development & Studies in Dubai, UAE, to lead multidisciplinary teams through conceptual, feasibility, PRE-FEED and FEED phases for major brownfield assets in the Middle East.

The role emphasizes technical excellence, risk management, and alignment with investment decisions, extending into FEED, Detailed Design and execution to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams through Concept, Feasibility, Pre-FEED and FEED studies.
• Ensure technical excellence and engineering risk managed across projects.
• Develop practical and economically sound solutions to support investment decisions.
• Provide engineering leadership through FEED, Detailed Design and execution phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams through early project stages (Concept to FEED).
• Coordinate interfaces with stakeholders and ensure design intent continuity.
• Manage technical risk and deliver economically viable solutions for asset upgrades.
