Job summary

ZipRecruiter in Dubai is seeking an experienced engineering leader to own the mission, execution, morale, and code quality of a high-impact team. You will guide delivery, align with product managers on the roadmap, and relentlessly remove blockers to accelerate impact.

As a leader you will build community and culture across the engineering organization, continuously coach and develop your team, and champion innovative, data-driven solutions for scalable data pipelines and AI-powered features.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in software development or data engineering environments.
• Experience building ETL pipelines at scale
• 2+ years of experience as a Data Engineering leader
• Experience designing, building, and supporting production-grade data pipelines
