About the Role:

The Engineering Manager - Civils & Stations will oversee multidisciplinary design coordination and interface management across civil structures and station facilities within the UAE’s first high‑speed rail, high‑speed rail, HSR programme.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering design review for civil and station packages.
• Coordinate between design consultants, client, and project delivery teams.
• Manage technical submissions, approvals, and design assurance processes.
• Ensure constructability, quality, and compliance with codes and standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering.
• 15+ years of experience in infrastructure or HSR design/delivery.
• GCC experience preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
