Job summary

A leading engineering consultancy in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Engineering Manager to oversee oil and gas projects. The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering, at least 20 years in the industry, and experience in managing large projects. Responsibilities include ensuring projects are delivered on time, leading teams, and coordinating with stakeholders. This is a full-time position with a fixed-term contract.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, preferably in Process background.
• At least 5 years of experience in the Engineering Manager role for large oil and gas projects.
• Experience in handling Gas processing projects.

Engineering Manager

Penspen is looking for qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Engineering Manager for one of the PMC projects in Abu Dhabi.

A PMC (Project Management Consultancy) Engineering Manager oversees the engineering aspects of a project, ensuring it's completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. They lead and manage engineering teams, provide technical guidance, and coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and other departments.

• The candidate should have an Engineering Degree with minimum 20 years of experience (Preferably from Process background) in the oil and gas industry.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Engineering Manager role in large oil and gas project
• Must have handled Gas processing projects and proficient in debottlenecking projects.
• Previous experience in the ADNOC in the similar role would be and added advantage,
