Leading Automotive Manufacturing Company in Dubai is hiring Arabic-speaking engineering graduates as Junior Sales Coordinator to join the tendering team and start a career in automotive sales and tendering. The role offers complete training and is open to fresh B.E/B.Tech engineers who can join immediately.

You will assist in RFQs, prepare quotations and BOQ, coordinate with Arabic-speaking clients, and support CRM documentation. Immediate joining and a fast onboarding process are available.

Qualifications

• B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile or Production Engineering (Enginee ring field).
• Arabic speaking mandatory, reading and writing.
• 0–1 year experience; freshers welcome.
• Immediate joining or max 15 days notice.

Responsibilities

• Process RFQs/tenders from OEMs and Tier-1 clients.
• Prepare technical quotations and BOQ with specs.
• Coordinate with Arabic‑speaking clients for requirements and clarifications.
• Communicate with local UAE clients and government entities in Arabic.
• Maintain tender tracker, update CRM, and organize bid documents.
• Assist ISO/IATF 16949 documentation for automotive clients.
