Job summary

Dubai-based automotive manufacturing company is hiring Arabic-speaking engineering graduates as Junior Sales Coordinator for the tendering team. This is an entry-level role offering complete training and exposure to RFQs and technical quotations.

Fresh B.E/B.Tech graduates in Mechanical, Automobile, or Production engineering with Arabic language skills are encouraged to apply. Immediate joining is preferred; max 15 days notice may be required.

Qualifications

• Arabic language mandatory for all communications.
• 0-1 year experience; freshers welcome.
• B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical/Automobile/Production Engineering required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing RFQs and tenders from OEMs and Tier-1 clients.
• Prepare technical quotations and BOQ with engineering specs.
• Coordinate with Arabic-speaking clients for requirements and clarifications.
• Communicate with local UAE clients and government entities in Arabic.
• Maintain tender tracker and update CRM; organize bid documents.
• Support ISO/IATF 16949 documentation for automotive clients.
