Job summary

Emirates Global Aluminium runs a National Graduate Training Programme of about 18 months designed to prepare UAE nationals for first-line supervisory roles. Trainees receive on-the-job training, technical skills development and a structured leadership programme, with a mentor and regular progress reviews to guide progress.

The programme prioritises graduates in engineering fields (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Chemical, Mechatronics) but considers other disciplines as needed.

Qualifications

• UAE National holding a family book.
• Maximum experience of 3 years, fresh graduates preferred.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Chemical, Mechatronics).

Responsibilities

• Participate in an approximately 18-month training programme to assume a first-line supervisor role.
• On-the-job training, technical skills development, and management/leadership competency development.
• Assigned a mentor with regular progress reviews to track development.
