Job summary

Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA) seeks to strengthen Emiratisation by implementing UAE National training and development initiatives. The role supports Graduate Trainees and National Trainees across operational and corporate areas, aligning curricula with company needs and future plans.

You will coordinate with scholarship, recruitment, finance, and training teams to track progress, organize familiarization tours, and ensure timely completion of assignments and development plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field; higher qualification preferred.
• 2–4 years experience in relevant industry or operational area.

Responsibilities

• Identify development needs of UAE Nationals (Graduate Trainees, National Trainees) and ensure training programmes align with identified needs.
• Coordinate training programmes with Graduate Trainees and NTs across departments to meet current and future job requirements.
• Monitor and review development plans, organise familiarization tours, and liaise with Recruitment, Scholarship, and Training teams to support GT engagement.

Education
