Job summary

Emirates Electrical Engineering LLC seeks a strategic Head of Engineering to lead the design, protection, automation, and system architecture across a dynamic System Integration Division. You will set engineering standards, govern technical deliverables, and drive profitability through robust project execution.

You will build high-performing teams, strengthen supplier partnerships, and guide bids for new markets and products while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance in all outputs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• 15–18+ years in Protection, Automation, Panel, or System Integration Engineering.
• Minimum 5–8 years in a senior engineering leadership role.
• Experience handling multi-million AED EPC or system integration projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define engineering strategy, design philosophy, and governance framework for the division.
• Lead bids, tenders, and proposal stage with focus on technical and commercial positioning.
• Oversee project engineering to ensure designs are delivered on time, within budget, and with zero major deviations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, OEMs (Siemens, ABB, GE, SEL, Schneider) and internal stakeholders.
• Drive cost optimization, quality, safety, and compliance across projects.
