Responsibilities

• Design and develop road and highway projects ensuring compliance with local UAE and international standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions
• Utilise advanced engineering software to create detailed road and highway designs
• Conduct thorough analyses of traffic flow safety considerations and environmental impact
• Implement sustainable and innovative road construction techniques
• Participate in site visits and inspections to ensure project quality and progress
• Prepare technical reports design calculations and project documentation
• Contribute to the preparation of project proposals and tender documents
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in road and highway engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering; Masters degree is advantageous
• Professional Engineering (PE) certification or equivalent
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in road and highway engineering
• Proficiency in road and highway design software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroStation
• Strong knowledge of UAE and international road and highway design standards and regulations
• Experience in delivering BIM Infrastructure projects
• Expertise in sustainable road construction techniques and innovative design solutions
• Solid understanding of traffic flow analysis and transportation planning concepts
• Knowledge of geotechnical engineering principles related to road construction
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with keen attention to detail

• Experience working on projects in the Middle East region is highly desirable
