Job summary

Sundus is seeking an Engineer I for CAPEX Casthouse projects in Abu Dhabi. The role requires steering multidisciplinary teams through definition, feasibility, procurement, contracts, construction and handover phases within an aluminium casthouse environment.

Strong leadership and clear communication are essential for project success. Minimum 6–15 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree is expected, and English proficiency is excellent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• 6–15 years of relevant engineering experience in CAPEX brownfield projects preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary brownfield engineering and construction projects.
• Oversee project management stages: definition, feasibility, procurement, contracts, construction, handover.
• Provide engineering and design input for CAPEX casthouse initiatives.
• Apply industrial environment best practices; aluminium casthouse experience is a plus.
• Demonstrate leadership and effective interpersonal communication.
