Job summary

Mind Base Education in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Engagement Lead to drive day-to-day student and school engagement initiatives, manage workshops, and coordinate partnerships. The role emphasizes execution, planning, and data-informed improvements across the program lifecycle.

You will work closely with schools, educators, and the PMO, tracking participation, feedback, and results while supporting marketing activities and calendar maintenance.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in program coordination or engagement roles.
• Experience with education or youth programs is preferred.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while engaging students.

Responsibilities

• Engagement Execution & Operations: implement student and school engagement plans and coordinate workshops, online sessions, and visits.
• Relationship Support & Communication: act as secondary contact for schools and partners; respond to inquiries timely.
• Tracking, Reporting & Feedback: monitor drop-off rates and share insights with teams.
• Coordination & Support: back marketing campaigns and maintain engagement calendars and logs.

Role Overview

The Engagement Lead is responsible for day-to-day execution of engagementinitiatives, ensuring students, schools, and partners remain active, supported,and engaged throughout the program lifecycle.

This role is highly execution-focused and ensures that plans turn intomeasurable participation, completion, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

1. Engagement Execution &Operations

• Execute studentand school engagement plans
• Coordinateworkshops, online sessions, and school visits
• Managelogistics, schedules, and communications
• Supportonboarding activities during pilot and scale-up phases

2. Relationship Support &Communication

• Serve assecondary point of contact for schools and partners
• Respond toqueries, requests, and issues in a timely manner
• Escalatecomplex issues to the Partnership Manager or PMO
• Maintainpositive, professional relationships with stakeholders

3. Tracking, Reporting & Feedback

• Drop-off rates
• Collectfeedback from students and schools
• Share insightswith Content, LMS, and PMO teams

4. Coordination & Support

• Supportmarketing campaigns and activations
• Coordinate withAdmin & Reporting Executive for accurate data capture
• Maintainengagement calendars, trackers, and logs
