Job summary

A leading global financial services provider in Dubai is seeking an End User Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide comprehensive IT support to colleagues, including desktop, laptop, and mobile devices, while ensuring excellent customer service. Ideal candidates will possess strong knowledge of Windows environments, Exchange, and MS Teams. The position also requires multitasking skills and a genuine passion for technology. Experience in ITIL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support to colleagues across devices.
• Manage requests via chat, email, phone, and face-to-face.
• Support AV and video conferencing.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding tasks.

At CMC Markets , our End User Support team delivers exceptional internal IT service across our global business. We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused End User Support Specialist to join us in Dubai.

In this varied role, you’ll provide 1st and 2nd line support to colleagues across desktop, laptop, and mobile devices, managing requests via chat, email, phone, and face-to-face. You’ll also support AV and video conferencing , handle onboarding and offboarding , and work closely with teams in London and Sydney to maintain our high service standards.
