Job summary

Comco EPP in Dubai is seeking a hands-on Procurement & Supply Chain Specialist to manage full procurement and intercompany order management across Austria, Germany, and UAE. You will convert ERP dispositions into POs, negotiate with suppliers, and own the order and delivery process with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires 8+ years in procurement, strong ERP skills (SAP/Oracle/MD), and fluency in English; German is a plus.

Qualifications

Proven hands-on experience running end-to-end procurement and order management cycles.
Minimum 8 years in procurement/central purchasing/order management, ideally in manufacturing.
Experience running both purchasing and intercompany sales in one role; UAE/GCC experience is a strong advantage.
Strong ERP knowledge and data discipline; ability to maintain master data and pricing accurately.
Strong negotiation skills and cost-conscious approach.
Technical background or engineering knowledge is a plus; familiarity with engineering plastics is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Central Procurement & Order Management: convert dispositions to POs, manage suppliers, update ERP, track delivery dates.
Intercompany Sales & Purchasing: act as internal supplier and buyer, manage intercompany margins, confirm internal sales.
Logistics & Delivery Coordination: inform sites of arrivals, coordinate freight forwarders for consolidated transports.
