Job summary

AGMC is seeking an AI Engineer to take ideas from prototype to production, building scalable AI/ML systems and data architectures. The role combines software engineering, applied ML, Generative AI and data engineering to transform business processes.

You will design and deploy end-to-end AI pipelines, develop backend services with FastAPI/Flask, and ensure production reliability, governance and security across AGMC's systems.

Qualifications

• Strong Python and software engineering fundamentals.
• Hands-on ML/DL with Generative AI and LLMs.
• Experience with LangChain and LlamaIndex.
• Solid data architecture and PostgreSQL skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and optimize ML/DL models and LLM-powered apps.
• Develop end-to-end AI pipelines from training to monitoring.
• Create backend services and APIs with FastAPI / Flask.
• Design data architecture and optimize PostgreSQL schemas.
• Collaborate with IT, Digital, Product, Data and business teams.
• Ensure security, governance and responsible AI practices.
• Deploy AI solutions from PoC to production and monitor in production.
