EMCD is an international fintech product company. Our distributed team works from all over the world and we're looking for someone who will shape and grow our employer brand so that employees feel proud to be part of EMCD, and candidates dream of joining us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute our employer brand strategy both internally (culture, engagement) and externally (employer reputation on the market).
  • Launch projects that connect our global team and build a sense of unity across countries, languages, and time zones.
  • Organize internal events (online and offline), manage company merch, and develop our visual identity.
  • Develop external communications social media, publications, conference participation, and employer branding campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, HR, and marketing to create impactful and consistent solutions.
  • Take a data-driven approach form hypotheses, measure effectiveness, and continuously improve processes.

Who you are

  • You have proven experience building and executing employer brand strategies (both internal and external)
  • You've worked in globally distributed teams.
  • You've launched culture and engagement projects that genuinely brought people together.
  • You understand product and fintech environments.
  • You make decisions based on data and insights.
  • You know how to inspire and engage people.
  • Youre fluent in Russian and English (Advanced).

Your first 3 months

Month 1 Deep dive and audit

  • Get to know our culture: run surveys/interviews with employees.
  • Analyze how EMCD is perceived externally: social media, reviews, competitors.
  • Map our brands strengths and growth areas.
  • Launch a small quick-win project (a mini event or welcome initiative).

Month 2 EVP and strategy

  • Define our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) why people choose EMCD.
  • Align a draft employer brand strategy (internal and external).
  • Refresh visual guidelines and agree on a consistent style with designers.
  • Launch a global team connection project (e.g., virtual teambuilding or company-wide internal feature).

Month 3 Activation

  • Host the first global internal event for the entire company.
  • Launch external communications a media feature or industry participation.
  • Set up employer brand metrics (eNPS, engagement, reach).
  • Present a 612 month activation roadmap.
What success looks like
  • Internal brand: engaged employees who feel unity and pride despite being globally distributed.
  • External brand: EMCD recognized as an attractive employer in the fintech and product world.
  • Systematic approach: a clear employer brand strategy with EVP, metrics, channels, and launched measurable initiatives.
