ISP in Dubai seeks an experienced administrator to support the school’s daily operations, data entry, records management and coordination with HR, compliance and academic teams.

The role requires excellent English and Arabic communication, strong time management, attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure. A proactive approach to safeguarding, policy updates and stakeholder collaboration is essential to drive school improvements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administration role at this, or a similar level.
  • Experience of working in an educational establishment is preferred.
  • Excellent English & Arabic communication skills; both written and verbal.
  • Experience of working in a high pressure environment with the ability to multitask.
  • Outstanding time management, attention to detail & prioritisation skills.
  • Great interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Excellent problem solving and decision making skills.
  • Driven, enthusiastic and energetic to support school improvements

Responsibilities

  • Handling of customer/employee requests with excellent customer service and clear information.
  • Provide system support including data entry and coordination of electronic files and records.
  • Collate, analyse and retrieve data to produce letters and reports, particularly attendance.
  • Support with KHDA portal registrations and document requirements for entry.
  • Assist with site inspections from government entities by collating information.
  • Support HR onboarding, employment and sponsorship processes.
  • Assist with school events and academic calendar approvals and trip arrangements.
  • Review and update school policies, procedures and handbooks.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Job Description
Main Duties & Responsibilities
  • Handling of 'customer'/employee requests whilst providing excellent customer service and ensuring transparency and clarity of information.
  • Provide system support including data entry support and the coordination of electronic files and records.
  • Collate, analyse and retrieve data to produce letters and reports; specifically relating to student attendance.
  • Support with authority system compliance, including registering of students and employees on the KHDA portal, following up with employees and parents on document requirements for entry.
  • Support with site inspections from government entities, collating information.
  • Providing support to the HR Team with onboarding requirements and assisting with employment and sponsorship processes.
  • Support academic team meetings and school events as detailed in the academic calendar, obtaining relevant approvals from authorities and coordinating trip arrangements with students, parents and internal teams.
  • Support with the review and updating of school policies, procedures and handbooks.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as may be required.
