Job summary

International Schools Partnership (ISP) seeks an experienced administrator to support a Dubai campus. You will handle requests, maintain records, and assist with KHDA compliance, onboarding, and events. Strong English/Arabic communication and multitasking are essential.

The role requires collaboration with HR, academic teams, and external authorities to ensure smooth operations and safeguarding compliance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administration role at this or a similar level.
  • Experience of working in an educational establishment is preferred.
  • Excellent English & Arabic communication skills; both written and verbal.
  • Experience of working in a high pressure environment with the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer/employee requests while delivering excellent service and ensuring clarity of information.
  • Provide system support including data entry and coordinating electronic files and records.
  • Collate, analyse and retrieve data to produce letters and reports on student attendance.
  • Support with KHDA portal registrations and document collection for entry requirements.
  • Assist with site inspections by government entities and collate information.
  • Support HR onboarding and sponsorship processes.
  • Assist with school events and academic calendar approvals and trip arrangements.
  • Review and update school policies, procedures and handbooks.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Job Description Main Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Handling of ‘customer’/employee requests whilst providing excellent customer service and ensuring transparency and clarity of information.
  • Provide system support including data entry support and the coordination of electronic files and records.
  • Collate, analyse and retrieve data to produce letters and reports; specifically relating to student attendance.
  • Support with authority system compliance, including registering of students and employees on the KHDA portal, following up with employees and parents on document requirements for entry.
  • Support with site inspections from government entities, collating information.
  • Providing support to the HR Team with onboarding requirements and assisting with employment and sponsorship processes.
  • Support academic team meetings and school events as detailed in the academic calendar, obtaining relevant approvals from authorities and coordinating trip arrangements with students, parents and internal teams.
  • Support with the review and updating of school policies, procedures and handbooks.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as may be required.
Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in an administration role at this, or a similar level.
  • Experience of working in an educational establishment is preferred.
  • Excellent English & Arabic communication skills; both written and verbal.
  • Experience of working in a high pressure environment with the ability to multitask.
  • Outstanding time management, attention to detail & prioritisation skills.
  • Great interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
