Overview

EMiRGE - Leadership Development Program (Emirati only) — HOT0C2T5. Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island is the work location.

Do you have the ambition and potential to become a Hotel Leader? Hilton offers this unique experience tailored to graduates, designed to catapult you into a hotel leadership position in 2 years. This 24-month journey immerses you in the world of hotel operations, gaining comprehensive experience in all major hotel departments. You will complete a major business project to support your growth toward becoming a leader. Embarking on the EMiRGE programme equips you with the essential foundation and knowledge to ignite your path toward becoming a department leader.

Applications close on Sunday 15 December 2025. The selection process includes online assessments, a competency-based interview with a general manager, and a virtual Assessment Centre during the week commencing November 2025.
