Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and suppliers; answer telephone calls; provide a warm, timely welcome in line with our brand standards.
  • Answer guest-related queries and provide information about promotions, room prices, activities and events in the surrounding area to ensure accurate information for guests.
  • Identify corporate leads and build long-term relationships.
  • Drive online name mentions and promote customer feedback.
  • Understand online guests’ feedback and explore options for improvement.
  • Carry out general office duties including correspondence, emails and filing to ensure the smooth running of the reception area.
  • Maintain an appropriate stock of supplies and reception stationery.
  • Effectively communicate with all departments on guest requests and complaints for smooth service delivery.
  • Ensure the safety of all guests in line with safety procedures and guidelines.
