Job summary

Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA) seeks a Senior Officer – Emiratisation to implement UAE Nationals development strategies across the organization. You will coordinate with Scholarship teams, manage Graduate Trainees and Work Placement programs, and ensure alignment with business needs.

You will engage with recruitment, training, and HR partners to attract UAE talent, monitor progress, prepare reports, and support national development initiatives across operations and corporate functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field.
• Higher qualification preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in relevant industry or operational area.

Responsibilities

• Identifies development needs of UAE Nationals.
• Coordinates with Scholarship team on Work Placement / Internship and Summer Programmes.
• Ensures training is aligned with current job requirements and future development plans.
• Organises Familiarization Tours for Graduate Trainees across Corporate and Operational sides.
• Prepares reports and data analysis for management and other areas.
• Monitors progress of UAE Nationals and graduates to ensure performance and progression.
