Job summary

GEMS Winchester Private School Fujairah is seeking a dedicated Emirati Teaching Assistant to support teaching and learning across the school. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to help create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment that enables all students to achieve their full potential.

The role involves assisting with lessons, preparing resources, supporting students' social, emotional development, and helping maintain a safe, stimulating classroom.

Qualifications

• UAE National (Emirati) with a valid Family Book.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Previous experience working with children in a school, nursery, or childcare setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and support student learning and wellbeing.

Responsibilities
